Courseware Design
Courseware is structured according to a proven instructional design model. At the start of each module, a brief tutorial describes how the course is laid out. The learning objectives are clearly stated. Key words can be accessed in an on board glossary. Topics are selected from easy to navigate menus and sub-menus. Embedded questions are presented frequently to check understanding and increase retention. Engaging graphics, photos, formulas and tables support text material. A pre-test can be used to establish a base line proficiency level and a final post-test provides proof of competency. Tests are shuffled after each use. Most importantly, a certificate of completion satisfies documentation requirements.
Courseware Development
Content provided by subject matter experts is inserted into the tried-and-true instructional model by experienced courseware developers. Developers map all content to instructional objectives in order to create a valid, coherent and effective learning experience. Likewise, all pre-test and post-test questions map to instructional objectives. Thus, a passing score on the post-test implies mastery, or near-mastery of learning objectives.

Internal Testing and Validation
After a course is developed, a subject matter expert reviews the course in order to validate the accuracy and completeness of the content as formatted by the developer. Any content errors detected by the subject matter expert are corrected at this point. The course also undergoes a rigorous technical review to ensure smooth operation.

External Testing and Validation
Following internal content validation and technical review, a beta version of the course is given to Ridgewater College where students take the course and provide additional feedback. Any necessary revisions are implemented prior to commercial release of the course. The ASQ has also validated some courses using their process.

Revisions, Enhancements and Upgrades
The courses have been used in the field for several years. We receive feedback which we then use to revise and enhance the courses. The courses are never finished and are constantly being refined and updated. We offer the updates free to existing customers.
